Introduction to Indoshopper

Have you guys ever drool over USA makeup products that aren't available in Indonesia and have no idea how to get them (with somewhat normal price compared to the original price)? I know i have! If you had the same experience like me, worry not! Let me introduce you to Indoshopper!

When you head over the website, you might get a little confused (or was it just me???) because it doesn't look like your regular online shop's website, that's because Indoshopper's website is a personal shopper site where you can pre-order anything from USA (unlike most other local online shops that only caters to a few selected brands/stores), as long as they sell their stuffs online. Not a fan of pre-order because waiting for up to 1.5 months is not your cup of tea? Worry not, they also sell ready stocks in their IG and FB, more about that later.

Now, let me guide you a little bit into Indoshopper's website (it's strictly for pre-order system), if you're new to pre-order system please click on the FRONT DESK option and you can learn about shipping, payment and ordering system here.

And when you're ready to order but had no idea what to order (sometimes we just want to buy something, anything! Although we're not even sure what it is that we want to buy >.< *women and their craziness*), head to the MARKET to take a look of websites where you can browse to find the products to order. Sometimes USA brands like to throw huge sales and you can join in the merriment and get a discount too, but of course you can't just revert the prices in the original website and expect to pay that price, there are shipping, handling, tax, and other fees to consider too!

All you need to do is to quote the products that you want to order to Indoshopper and they would calculate the amount that you'd have to pay for it. Easy peasy, just order (pay down payment)-let them do the hard work-sit back, relax and wait until your products reach Indonesia, pay the rest of your shopping, and viola-your products will be sent to your respective homes!

Of course, we all know pre-order system require patience on our (consumer) side, you need to be extra patient when shopping at Indoshopper because they use the cheapest shipping in order to be able to give your the lowest/best price! I've pre-ordered from them a few times myself (not always when they officially became Indoshopper, read on to know what i mean by that!) and yes, it took 1 to 1.5 months to reach me, but their good service (the seller always reply me with updates whenever i ask for my order's status, sometimes up to twice a week when i'm getting anxious >.<!) and low prices made me feel secure enough to keep on ordering from them.

Indoshopper is relatively new, but you don't have to worry about their trustworthy-ness! If you're an Indonesian beauty junkie that interacts a lot with Indonesian beauty community, i'm more than sure you've heard of Zatura? They're very famous and have been serving Indonesian makeup junkies for years but recently they broke up from some internal problems and one of the pieces turned into Indoshopper. So if you've shopped from Zatura before, rest assured that Indoshopper posses the same integrity and trustworthy-ness as their predecessor :).

I ordered BH Cosmetic's Forever Glam palette a while ago because we all know i cannot resist any pretty palettes (with affordable prices). I had to wait for a really long time for BH Cosmetics' Forever Glam palette (which i got from their big sale for only IDR 130.000), even more so because the supplier sent the wrong items-but thankfully Indoshopper was responsible enough to give me two options : full refund or reorder, with the same price (even though it was no longer on sale). I'm always very patient with my stuffs because i am not an impulsive person, if i want something i'd want it for a long period of time (unlike #Undecided or Rosemary who need to get what they wanted ASAP or else they'd lose interests in a matter of minutes haha)-so i took the second option.

Then the owner realize that i am a blogger and offered to send me a Real Technique (which is one of their main and best products) brush for review purposes. I never owned a proper brush before so of course i said yes :D.

The package

It was wrapped tightly in a bubble wrap, the palette even got foams stuck on the outside of the bubble wrap to dampen any strong bumps during shipping

The Forever Glam palette is a lot bigger than i thought it would be (which is a total opposite from most of other palettes i bought!)

Oh so much prettynness in one palette... For only IDR 130.000!!!! I am now eyeing the Forever Nude one that is ready stock in Indoshopper, OH NO!!!

And the Real Techniques Blush Brush which i will be reviewing soon.. My first real proper brush, thank you Indoshopper!
