Surabaya Beauty Blogger's 3rd Anniversary

Yes yes, my beloved community, Surabaya Beauty Blogger just turned 3!

Actually the anniversary was at September but due to various technical problems *LOL* and crazy schedules, i am thankful and super happy that it finally happened, with 2 months delay and all hahaha.
Maybe you're wondering, how come you never heard of our 2nd Anniversary celebration? Well folks, that's because it never happened *LOL*. Our first anniversary was handled by literally 4 personnel (Redha, Gita, Olin and i!) from scratch, with our schedule and busy lives we just couldn't handle throwing out events like that ourselves anymore. That's when CMM scooped in and took responsibility from us, so without CMM the whole thing wouldn't have happened like, at all.. So if you ever find yourselves in need of an event organizer (wedding, birthdays, exhibition, and other important events) you can contact CMM - do tell them you find them from me and you might get a discount (hey, i said might, i'm not promising anything :P).
Our celebration was held in The Localist Cafe (i reviewed the cafe before, simply type in The Localist in the search bar on my side bad and you can check it out). I am also beyond thankful to Ria (The Localist's GM) who opened her door to us widely and gave us full support, they even closed their cafe for pretty much half a day T.T i am so touched and blessed i can't even.

Vibe is very pink, very girly, a bit like a wholesome Sweet 17th birthday party, i never had a proper sweet 17 (it's sweet 16 for US i guess :p) so lemme have my moment okay!

Oh, did you catch that beautiful 3 tierred (it's a mock one ofc haha) cake? It was kindly provided by Parisienne group (Parisinne has Parisinne Wedding, Parisienne Pasty and also Parisienne Restaurant too!)

| Psssst, if you want to have a tea time with your girls without breaking your bank account, i recommend you to go to Parisienne Resto where you can choose and build your own pastry tower at a very affordable price! I had a fun tea time with my gurls once at Parisienne Resto and i totally plan to return! |

I think we've established that they are a very kid and family friendly cafe (is one of the pioneer in providing a special play ground in a cafe!) but now they even up their games by collaborating with an international children's book publisher so you can even buy your little ones (doesn't have to be your own kid, i know some of my readers are pretty young, maybe you have a little one in your life be it your little bro/sis, cousin, nephew/niece and you are looking for something special that is also has educational value) English written books that are high quality at an affordable price.
Anddd back to the event! Even though not every single one of Surabaya Beauty Blogger members attended, more than half of us were present and we were very excited!

In this Anniversary, we wanted to keep everything casual, intimate and close. Other than 21 of our very own Surabaya Beauty Bloggers, we also sold tickets for 20 of our followers to come join and celebrate with us. FYI, our tickets were sold out within an hour or so of publishing >.< and there were TONNES of other followers still contacting our CP getting upset that they did not get a slot! Thank you dear readers and followers for the enthusiasm, maybe we should start thinking of throwing events that can involve our followers without waiting for another year haha!

As you probably already know by now, Althea Korea is now not only an online shop that sells K-Beauty products but they also have their own brand and beauty line now (they are called Althea Exclusives). As Althea Angels we are very familiar with their products, from their first products collection called Bare Essentials to their newest launch A'Bloom and we had fun sharing our love for them during this session.

During this session, a lot of the followers participate in the Q&A's and i am very pleased to know that they have so much interests about SBB and what we do, i sure hope that this session brought us all closer together! I also hope that the tips and tricks given by our members were enlightening, i totally feel like we should do workshops now so we can share more!
Btw, CMM also came up with the idea of each member of SBB to prepare a little personal gift for our friends and followers who bought the event's ticket as a special thank you from us to them.
