Food4Skin 22 : Lanore Skincare (SPONSORED)

Hey guys!

If you follow me on Instagram then you'd probably remember me gushing about Lanore's DD Cushion that i love very much (this is important because i don't usually like cushion products). This makes me curious about Lanore as a brand so i am pretty excited when Clozette Indonesia sent me these products from Lanore as i really want to get to know them and their products more.

Lanore skin care

So Lanore is a local Indonesian brand, they actually began by launching their makeup products first in 2017 and at 2018-2019 they also came up with skin care lines. Their tagline is Your Personal Beauty Partner, they aim to answer Indonesian women's skin needs for naturally beautiful skin (healthy, bright and hydrated). Lanore is the first cosmetic brand in Indonesia to offer beauty products with two benefit at once in their skincare and makeups which is Whitening and Antiaging formula. Lanore skin care products that i got

One of their newest and most special products that is just introduced in 2019 is their serum. They have two types of serum and the one that i got is a very unique one (although the other one is also pretty unique, both get an A for presentation from me!) :

Lanore Intelgold Serum

It comes in a red and gold cardboard box, very eye catching!

How to use and ingredient list

The serum is made in Indonesia, but apparently not all of their products are produced in Indonesia. All of Lanore products are BPOM certified already so you don't have to worry about its safety

Packaging wise, the serum is very unique and luxurious looking. It comes in a slim and tall clickable bottle, it does feel very light and slightly flimsy but it certainly please my eyes with how pretty it looks. Each bottle contains 10gr of products

There is a button in the bottom that you click to release the serum, i love how innovative that is as most local skin care products don't usually pay that much attention and details to their packaging

There is even a locking system. It is a bit confusing as the turn is very undetectable (the turning is so stiff and short, you can never be sure if it it's already locked or not) so i have to constantly check if i already lock it or not haha, there is definitely room for improvement for their locking system

Even the dispenser part is unique!

They call the serum Integold and the actual serum really is gold in color with tiny specks of gold glitter!

The texture is runny and yes, you will have micro glitters on your skin after using it. Don't worry tho, the glitter really is fine so one, you won't feel it, and 2nd you can only see it if you really pay close attention to your skin. It's not like it's gonna turn you into a disco ball

Lanore Intergold Serum is made with Ionic Bond Biotechnology to help treat your skin's appearance to look younger. The Ion Bond Biotechnology works under your skin to help increase peptide distribution on your skin so that the gold particle in the serum can maximize how peptide dissolve and increase its effectiveness. This product is catered to women over 35 (OMG me T.T) and if you use it regularly can help restore skin's hydration and elasticity as well as reduce wrinkles.

FYI, i have only been using it for one week so this is in no way a complete review and more of a first impression - and so far i am liking it! It has a very pleasant, expensive beauty clinic type of scent that is very relaxing and the texture is so light, it gets absorbed into the skin very fast and leaves it smooth and silky without any trace of stickiness or greasiness.

You know i tend to struggle with serums, some serum are too rich that i have to use it on its own or my skin will develop white and black heads - while some are not rich enough but when i layer it, my skin would still protest. But so far i think my skin likes this serum (it usually reacts within 2-3 days so i usually know immediately if a serum would be suitable for my skin or not pretty fast) as it is very light and gentle that i can layer it with more intense moisturizer without any bad side effect.

I can already see how the serum helps my usual moisturizer to make my skin more supple and firm without breaking out so i can safely say that i do like this serum!

Next is a product that i am probably most excited about from the entire package :

Lanore Antiaging Hydrogel Eyepatch

All of their eye patches and sheet masks are made in Korea

This is how the eye patches looks like, you just gotta peel it and stick the sticky side under your eyes

I absolutely love eye patches! While my skin is very oily and has a very good texture especially for my age (36), my under eye areas are pretty dry so i always love to use hydrating eye patches to make the area more plump and hydrated.

Honestly, i prefer a thicker hydrogel, but this thinner layer of hydrogel (it's on the other side of the white tissue) is still nicer than those eye patches that are just soaked in essence.

Lanore Antiaging Hydrogel Eye Patch works to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around eye area using Transdermal Delivery System (TDS) technology that helps deliver active substance that is goof for your skin with combination of ADENOSINE + DIPALMITYOL HYDROXYPROLINE & CARICA PAPAY EXTRACT as antioxidant help reduce the appearance of aging as well as keeping skin's suppleness so that skin appears soft and smooth. Recommended usage is 2-3x a week.

And then i also get to try their sheet masks :

Lanore AntiAging Face Mask

Ingredient list. As i mentioned earlier, all of their masks are made in Korea

Their sheet mask's pretty generous in size so if you have bigger face than me (like my husband) then Lanore masks would still fit comfortably on your face

Lanore Antiaging Face Mask claims to reduce fine lines/wrinkles dan slow down aging process on your facial skin. This mask also uses the same TDS technology as the eye patch and contains moisturizer, Vitamin E, Adenosine, amd Coenzyme Q10 (an ingredient that i know and familiar with and has proven to hydrate and make my skin suppler. I can probably say that Coenzyme Q10 is one of my favorite ingredient on sheet masks) as antioxidant. Like the acne patch, it is recommended to use 2-3x a week for maximum effect.

This mask has a very cooling effect on my skin (unlike the eye patch, the cooling sensation lasts until i take it off), it has a gentle scent (in the same area as the serum, it emanate an expensive beauty clinic/facial product scent) that is calming and relaxing.

Both of the masks that i tried have thick, sturdy but still very soft tissue so it won't tear easily. The minus is because Lanore Antiaging Face Mask has a very thin essence that it gets absorbed a bit too much into the thick tissue. As the instruction says, i leave it for 30 minutes but before 30 minutes' even up, i can feel the mask drying and not sticking to my face anymore - but when i squeeze the mask, a lot of the watery essence still comes out meaning there is enough product in the sheet, it's just that the mask is a little too thick.

It is, however, very moisturizing. My skin feels very hydrated and even a little bit too sticky for my liking. I decided to rinse it a bit since it made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but i still end up with a very oily, very supple and very bouncy skin in the morning - totally recommended to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate your skin!

Lanore Whitening Face Mask

While the mask is exactly the same as the Antiaging one, the essence in this Lanore Whitening Mask is thicker and more opaque so the mask stays wet longer, it was still wet when i took it off after 30 minutes, but it leaves no stickiness behind! My skin still feels very moisturized and supple but this mask is a lot lighter than then Antiaging and therefore for more frequent use probably a better suit for my oily skin.

Lanore Whitening Mask claims to brighten and keep skin's hydration level using the same TDS technology with moisturizer, Vitamic B and E help giving nutrition to our skin making our skin feels softer and more radiant.

I like the result of both the Antiaging and the Whitening Mask and personally i would probably alternate between the two but using the Whitening more often as it's a lot more comfortable for me. If you have normal to dry skin, i would recommend to try the Antiaging one tho.

Overall, i had a pleasant experience with Lanore skin care products, i cannot make too much comment on the serum as i need longer period of usage to say anything specific, but the eye patch and the sheet masks are definitely nice and works well!
