Are you a fan of luxury goods like designer bags or shoes? While i love bargains when it comes to clothes and makeup, i do have a weakness for designer bags and jewelries. If you have luxury goods and wear them often, the one problem that we all certainly share is the fact that they get some wear and tear. While it's all normal as we do use those items and we can't expect them to be pristine forever, but now you don't have to worry anymore because we now have a friend that would help you clean, restore and repair our branded item ^^ : Your Bag Spa!

From where i live, Galaxy Mall is the closest mall so i go there very frequently. I passed by Your Bag Spa many times before but this is the first time i am trying out their services - all thanks to Clozette Indonesia for the opportunity ^^!

So Your Bag Spa is a professional care for your luxury goodies, they provide services to care and maintain your favorite pieces (bags, shoes and wallets are welcome!) using innovative technology, chemicals and professional staffs. They would clean, moisturize and give protection coating.

They don't only accept cleaning as they also can do coating, retouch, repair and even recolor your items! For more information on the services they provide and rates you can check it on their website here.

At this opportunity, i decided to get one of my mom's Louis Vuitton bag collection that's in dire need for some care to get pampered :

This is the condition of my mom's white LV Speedy Epi going in

I really don't know how my mum uses her bag, probably without too much care because the LV Speedy Epi was in a pretty bad shape *LOL*. Honestly i knew it would need more than just cleaning, but i decided to give a go.

The staffs at Your Bag Spa were very friendly and professional, they accepted and inspect the item first and told us the realistic expectations of the cleaning result before producing the receipts for us. The whole experience was comfortable and nice as they made us felt welcomed and was ready to help us out of whatever needs we had.

They asked us for our Whatsapp number and told us we would get a WA message when our item's cleaned. I think cleaning process varies from 1-2 weeks depending on the condition of your product and also the volume of customers they get. I personally got a message about 11 days after i dropped the bag off telling me that the bag is ready for picking up.

You don't have to leave your paperbag when you drop your products off because they would provide one upon pick up

I was pretty surprised when i saw that they even provide a dust bag!

So you designer goods would be protected and in best condition after treatment

Let's see how the result of the cleaning is!

Left : Before, Right : After. You can see right away that it's much cleaner and brighter after treatment

The staff explained to me the condition of the bag, how it's got a lot of worn parts - that's why it couldn't be 100% clean looking as it is white in color and worn parts in white leather bag is very pronounced. It can probably do with a repair and recolor

Still, Your Bag Spa did a very good job of cleaning all the grimes from the bag

Down to every detail. Again, there are tears that obviously cannot be repaired with just a cleaning treatment

I think my mum is very rough with her bag as i saw many stains like these unidentified red stains and even some ink stains! Stains like this that's been left too long cannot be removed with cleaning treatments (but i personally think it helps fading the stain a little). they do have other services that can help minimize and even remove the stain like recoloring if it's something that you are interested in doing.

All in all, i am more than happy with the cleaning result. Like i said earlier, the condition of the bag requires more than just cleaning treatment, but it definitely looks a lot better and more presentable now!

When it comes to the rates, it's not cheap but designer pieces are even more not cheap at all so i would say it's worth the price tag compared to having to buy new luxury items all the time :D.
