| It is super easy to use, all you need to do is press the pump to get the foam (the foam itself is dense and super soft) out, apply it to your feminine area, leave it for a few seconds then wash thoroughly with water |

| The liquid type is also available in a little bottle form (60ml), perfect to bring in all your travels (i travel a LOT and this is definitely going into my suitcase now!). I personally do use feminine hygiene wash everyday, but i feel that you need it even more during travels as you are constantly moving so much! |

It is recommended to use Absolute Hypoallergenic twice a day during shower and you can use it more often during your periods.
