Eye Stories 24 : Blink Charm Lashes

Need recommendations for high quality eyelashes with plethora of style to fit any eye shape and needs? You have come to the right place ^^! Today i am going to share with you my experience with one of the most well known local falsies brand : Blink Charm!

You know i am very into falsies now, whenever i put on a makeup i would most probably slap some lashes on (except when i am only running errand) as i feel like lashes really complete the look. After all 60% of makeup's success rate is determined by eye makeup, eyebrow and eyelashes shape can up and maximize your beauty up to 32%!

The brand Blink Charm is not unfamiliar for me, and rightfully so since it has received all kinds of recognition and awards as the best eyelashes from Shopee, Cleo Beauty Hall of Fame, Hello Beauty, etc! It's used by beauty enthusiasts, beauty professionals, and even famous Indonesian celebrities and celebgrams. Not only that, Blink Charm has been trusted as official eyelash partners for various national and global event scales like Jakarta Fashion Week, Puteri Indonesia Pageant, etc. It is also an became a category leader eyelashes in various market channels.

With so much accomplishments from the brand, it obviously makes me even more curious to give them a try - so i was super excited to receive a bundle (i actually got 11 pairs of lashes OMG, heaven!) of Blink Charm lashes from Clozette Indonesia.

There are 4 different style that were sent to me :

Blink Charm Lashes in Sensual Curls #7, Sweet Classic #5, Natural Flair #5 and Sexy Volume #3

I have tried all four style and haven't stopped wearing them ever since i received them, if you follow me on Instagram then you'd know that i have been posting Instastories wearing them - and each one looks super pretty on my eyes if i may say so myself hehe.

Blink Charm lashes are very safe and comfortable to wear since it is very super light weight (only 0.01 gram) - i can totally give you a testimony about this as i have pretty sensitive eyes that can get easily irritated and red by scratchy lashes, no such problem with any of these Blink Charm lashes! Also i totally hate lashes that are too heavy and impair my vision - which is also a non issue with these!

The bands on the lashes are ergonomically flexible so when you put it on, it would immediately hug the curve of your eyelids. Each lashes are made from premium grade material with the best international standard production in its class.

Blink Charm also has a very high reusability as each lashes can be worn 8-12 times! I personally have been wearing some of these lashes up to 4 times and they all still look absolutely perfect like brand new!

Now let's talk about each style that i tried :

Blink Charm Lashes in Sexy Volume #3

Each of Blink Charm lashes comes with a mica box with a tray that can be used to store the lashes after usage to prevent them from getting lost/crumpled/misshappen. Each pair comes with a small tube of lashes glue which is super convenient and handy! I personally like to have a tube in my go-to makeup pouch at all time as i have watery eyes and often need to re-glue my falsies on certain days

Blink Charm Lashes in Sexy Volume #3 is the thickest and must clustered style out of the 4 styles that i received and the most intimidating for me!

But once i put it on, i actually like it quite a lot (please excuse my droopy real lashes)

It is definitely the thickest one of the bunch and gives you loads of volume

But although it's quite thick and volumizing, it's still very comfortable and light on the eyes!

I would probably say it's the most "formal" lashes out of the 4, suitable for heavier makeup and perfect for events

Blink Charm Lashes in Sweet Classic #5

On the contrary, Blink Charm Lashes in Sweet Classic #5 is one of the most natural looking out of the 4

It gives me an extra volume without being too much too dramatic, it's so natural looking that i can wear it on my very minimum makeup days and not look out of place

The different length design gives your eyes that dolly effect

Obviously you can cut the lashes to fit your eye length but i personally love extending my liner and matching the length of the lashes with my liner so i prefer to use the full size for that innocent, puppy eyes look

Blink Charm Lashes in Sensual Curls #7

I always adore criss-cross lashes design so i knew i would love this one from the moment i laid my eyes on it

Blink Charm Lashes in Sensual Curl #7 is perfect for those of you who loves Japanese style makeup, of like to emulate a sweeter side with your makeup

As Japanese style makeup is more me, this one becomes my instant favorite as the style is just what i look the most for in lashes

Again, you can cut the lashes if you have smaller eyes like me as it's pretty long, but i like the effect it gives me so i let it be in its original length

It goes so well with sweeter style of makeup but i imagine it would look as good with bolder style as well

Immediate innocent puppy eyes look with this one!

The last but certainly not least :

Blink Charm Lashes in Natural Flair #5

Blink Charm Lashes in Natural Flair #5 is the most fluttery ones, if you like the more fluttery type of lashes you'd love this one!

It actually gives my eyes more drama than i anticipated, me likey!

As you can see, the lashes are very fluttery and thin compared to the others

As the lashes are pretty dramatic, i find it matches my bolder look better

For some reasons these lashes paired so well with red lips ^^

Actually all of Blink Charm's lashes variants (Sweet Classic, Sensual Curls, Sexy Volume and Natural Flair) can be worn for daily AND special look. These lashes can also be combined, just let your creative juice flowing! For example you can stack Sweet Classic #5 with Natural Flair #2 for a va va voom eye look!

I totally enjoyed using every single pair of these lashes and i will definitely keep on wearing them for different looks! For IDR 49,000/pair, i think the price point is pretty fair for a high quality, comfortable lashes with their individual lash glue.
