Oriskin is a pretty well known skin clinic in Indonesia, it has quite a lot of branches spread all around Indonesia and there is one in my hometown, Surabaya too ^^.

Actually i've been to Oriskin Surabaya once before at their Grand Opening a few years ago but i haven't had the chance to try out their treatments so i am very excited when Clozette Indonesia gave me the chance to try out the Organic Tea Tree and LED Facial Treatment at Oriskin. It's also a treatment that i've never heard of before let alone experience, so i was doubly as excited - especially since i've been so stressed out and tired lately and it shows on my skin so i REALLY need some pampering!

And i didn't have to wait long before my esthetician to usher me to the treatment area.

There are quite a few treatment beds in the area (and there are multiple rooms too) so you can go have treatments with your friends (i personally love to go with my friends/mom for treatments) but if you go alone then they would draw the curtain to give you privacy.

Now, i am personally pretty used to facials as i used to go for facials every month (lately i don't go as often as i have no time >.<) but this facial is pretty unique and different than other facial treatments that i've tried in the past. Organic Tea Tree and LED Facial Treatment is a treatment to cleanse, protect skin's hydration, accelerate blood circulation that resulting in face appear fresher and softer. If you ever feel like your skin is dull and lacklustre due to UV exposure, pollution and exposure that causes your skin to be dry - this treatment is recommended for you.
As i have been super tired, stressed out and experiencing allergy attacks constantly, this treatment is definitely beneficial for me too.

| The first step is ofc, cleansing. My esthetician was very thorough but super gentle. I also love the fact that she was so informative and knowledgeable, she gave me quite a few tips to care for my sensitive skin at home during the treatment without being too chatty so i was very comfortable |

| After cleansing, it was followed immediately by facial massage and pressure point massages that thoroughly relaxes me that i almost fell asleep |

After scrubbing off dead skin cells from my face, the esthetician then continued with the next step which is called Oxy. Oxy is essentially is mixing serum with water and using a special machine that blows pretty strong wind to infuse it into your skin immediately.

As the pressure is quite big, some people might experience a little shortness of breath (which is warned beforehand) but i was totally fine, i even enjoyed the process as it was so cooling and refreshing hehe. The esthetician gave me directions to hold my breath whenever she is about to do my nose area, this is very important as i might start choking and panicking otherwise! Oh yeah, because the noise is pretty loud too, the esthetician plug my ears with cottons - this type of attention to details is really what makes a difference!

| After Oxy, the esthetician applied peel off mask which she changed from the original (she was about to use the Chamomile one) because she noticed i had some hormonal spots that day so she told me she is using the Green Tea instead to calm my skin down |

As you might notice from the treatment's name, there is LED on it : yes, the LED light.

| LED light is used for Light Theraphy that can be beneficial for Anti-Aging and Acne treatments. It is painless, relaxing and non-invasive with multiple benefits like stimulating collagen and treating mild to moderate acne |

And while i had my mask on with the LED light shone on me, they gave a mean hand and food massage, making this a thoroughly pampering session!

There is no extraction in this facial but after removing the mask (again, they showed professionalism by being super gentle and made sure i experienced zero pain by wetting the edges first. It's probably the gentlest peel off mask removal i've ever experienced!) they have a step that's called Ozone where they pretty much "zapped" your trouble areas (the ones with acnes especially) to kill bacterias and dry your acnes up.

And they also applied anti irritation cream (continued with sun block as it was still in the afternoon) to make sure your skin is irritation free.
And is that a wrap? Oh no, they still had another step : Oxy for your scalp!

Other than the fact that the whole treatment is so pampering and i felt so rejuvenated afterwards, i also am super happy with the treatment because i can see the result pretty much instantly.

Unlike other facials, my makeup the next day went on smoothly (usually after facials i would experience peelings!) and my hormonal acne marks fades visibly, with just one treatment!
Have other skin problems that are different than mine? No worries, other than Organic Tea Tree and LED Facial Treament that i experienced, there are a lot more other treatments at Oriskin so don't forget to visit the closest Oriskin branch from your location!
