Hi my dears!
Finally, a blog post at the somewhat beginning of the month instead of the very last day :D!
And i am going to share with you my experience shopping with this prestigious Batik brand : Batik Kammi ^^.

| Wearing Adriani Dress in Red |
Batik Kammi is a modern batik brand with affordable (for a designer-esque type of batik, ofc) price tag but high quality materials and designs. Batik Kammi strive to provide the needs of Indonesian who wants to preserve Indonesian heritage and culture. The batik's motives are designed by batik Kammi's design team (so totally unique and definitely not mass produced) and they also only choose the best quality for their pieces as their main concern is to make sure every customer who is wearing Batik Kammi feels comfortable.
Their basic materials are 100% cotton and satin with printing process and has plenty of motives like Abimanyu, Arjuna, Boungenvile, Aster, etc.
I had the privilege to try out the shopping experience at Batik Kammi's online shop at Alleira Plaza (all the screen shoots are from their mobile web as i did the shopping with my phone, but you can visit their full website for a full shopping experience).

| I absolutely adore this Boungenvile Outer Verona, it looks so chic and luxe - it's also an open type of outer so it can be worn by so many different sizes! |

| Their masks are also very affordable but fun, unique and chic! Some can even be matched with their tops/dresses, i always love the thought of wearing matchy-matchy outfit with my mask :)) |

| But in the end i decided to go for this Adriani Dress in Red (also available in Black and Blue but the red one is the prettiest for me and i will get a lot more wear of the reds for special occasion than the other colors). Some of their clothings are all sized (but in relaxed/baggy style) but the more structured ones comes with sizes. I am a mid sized girl, for international brands i almost always wear M (sometimes S if the cutting is really big but very rarely i have to venture to L) but in my experiences, local cuttings run small so i always size up to L or XL. When it comes to online shopping, i tend to go for the bigger sizes as it's always easier to alter something that is too big than too small >.<. I went for XL but i think their sizing chart is pretty accurate, and L would definitely fit me better (you can't see it in the pics but IRL if you see me from the back/sides, you can clearly see that the dress is too big on me) but i do like the super loose fit of XL anyway so all's good! |

Navigating the website is a breeze and a total no nonsense, i just clicked on the product that i want, add it to the cart, fill in my information and check out - simple as that! And it didn't take long at all from the time i finalized my order, received the receipt and a few days later - the packaging arrived safely at my doorstep!

| I got plenty of compliments wearing this dress, even from my mom who is usually doesn't like what i wear :)), she kept on saying how pretty the dress is. I told her she could wear it when she can go out again and attend functions (as for now we are having her and my dad in house ground due to pandemic haha) |
Honestly, i think the dress is even prettier in real life than in the pictures in the website. The real colors is so much more expensive looking and the way it falls when you wear it is very complimentary to my body shape. The material is also very comfortable, it didn't feel coarse or scratchy at all, and it's also not hot at all, just the perfect material to wear in our hot and humid climate. I also especially love the cheong sam inspired collar, makes the dress even prettier!
The dress itself is pretty enough to wear on its own if you like a loose fitting, relaxed silhouette, as i love to mix and match and i see endless possibility to style this top, let me share with you some other ways you can wear this dress.

I also love to style dresses like this as tops so you can get even more wear out of them ^^. And ofc my fave type of skirt that i like to pair them with is tutu style skirts (even though you can use other type of skirts too as long as they are longer than the dress).

There are so many other ways i can think of to style this dress as it is pretty versatile so i am super happy and confident that i am going to get a lot of wear out of it!
